To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Silverfly Games for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Silverfly Games and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and fees arising out of or related to your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

13. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for our services or users, or where termination is otherwise reasonably necessary. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
